Our work

The best way to understand what GoForth Partners does is to see it in practice. The work described here spans nearly four decades — building organizations, developing programs, securing funding, strengthening networks, and helping leaders navigate complex transitions. Every engagement is different, but the thread running through all of it is the same: mission-driven organizations getting stronger and delivering more.

Program spotlights

Two programs from the Clean Fuels Ohio years are worth spotlighting for what they demonstrate about program design, stakeholder engagement, and organizational impact.

Ohio Green Fleets

A data-driven certification and recognition program that helped public and private fleets document, demonstrate, and build on their commitments to cleaner, more fuel-efficient operations. Fleets embraced it because it made their progress visible — inside their own organizations and to the clients and customers who cared about it. That visibility built strong, lasting relationships between Clean Fuels Ohio and the fleets it served, which in turn made CFO more attractive to industry partners and opened the door to membership revenue and deeper industry engagement. Ohio Green Fleets was mission-aligned from the ground up — and it drove organizational growth at the same time.

Project CLEAR

A regional air quality initiative developed while at the Columbus Health Department — built around structured community deliberations that engaged residents, advocates, and stakeholders in identifying shared priorities and building commitment to action. Project CLEAR demonstrated the power of genuine community engagement as a foundation for lasting environmental progress, and informed the approach to stakeholder and community engagement that has characterized the work ever since.
